Returns Policy

Each Framed Circuit piece is prepared in small quantities and may include original device components. Returns are handled carefully to protect both customers and the integrity of the work.

Eligible Returns

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The item arrives damaged in transit.
• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for change of mind, natural variation between handcrafted pieces, or custom/specially requested orders unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Resolution

Approved issues may be resolved by repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability and the nature of the issue.
